Optares helps companies recruit highly-qualified senior and mid-level managers. Founded in Oldenburg in north-western Germany in 2003, our staff of 30 consultants recruits top people for companies throughout Germany. Our clients range from start-ups and family-run firms through mid-size businesses to global players. All our consultants have many years of experience in either the automotive or the medical sector and are specialists who know their industries well.
